README for olea_europaea_v061_gos file.

It is a tab-delimited file containing GO terms for Olea europaea cv. Picual genes. The file is organised in two tabs: (1) Picual and (2) Arabidopsis.

(1) Picual tab

The first tab includes all the 'Picual' genes and the GOs associated to them. We have included the 79.867 'Picual' transcripts regardless if they have a GO term or not.

(2) Arabidopsis tab (RECOMMENDED)

The second tab includes the 'Picual' genes with an ortholog with Arabidopsis thaliana and their GOs. Each pair of orthologs is in a different row, so there may be 'Picual' genes that appear more than once. We recommend using the information from this second tab since the olive genes are not well annotated yet.

1. Gene ID : identifier for a 'Picual' gene

2. GO terms : identifier for GO terms

(2) Arabidopsis tab

1. ID Picual : identifier for a 'Picual' gene

2. ID TAIR : identifier for an Arabidopsis thaliana ortholog

3. GO terms : identifier for GO terms
